STAR OF TEXAS FAIR & RODEO March 1-16, 2014

Visit Sherwood Forest Faire each weekend in March for a medieval-themed show with over 100 musical, comedic and dramatic performances per day, including a full-contact heavy armor joust, falconry show, feasts, and wine tastings – all in period costume and character.
TEXAS INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE March 1, 2014

EXPLORE UT March 1, 2014
The biggest open house in Texas, Explore UT is a day-long celebration of education, as UT Austin opens up its doors to the entire state for a day full of special activities, including open houses at the LBJ Library, a campus scavenger hunt, the Hot Science-Cool Talks: Space Exploration and Environmental Science Festival, a chance to march with the Longhorn Band, and plenty more.
